All of our product will come together with the product care card enclosed in the box. If you have lost it, you can view our product care here.

What happen if my product got damaged after wearing it on a few occasion?

All of our product are covered with ONE month limited warranty that cover defects base on workmanship and base on poor handling during shipping.

If the inner band of the bracelet got loosen due to ware and tear, do you provide a restring service?

Yes, we provide a restring service for breacelet that is done by us. You can send it to us for a restring at NO COST. However, we will not bare the shipping cost.
