What type of delivery options are available when I made my purchase online?

All purchased order will be delivered to you via SMARTPAC.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

We only deliver our product locally thru SMARTPAC. However we do have plans making it available world wide. Signup for our newsletter for the latest update.

How will I be notified when my item has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped an email of confirmation will be sent to you together with the tracking number.

How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

All item will be delivered by singpost with smartpac. Delivery time will take about 2 to 3 working days once the bracelet is done.

How long does it take for my bracelet to be produce.

All of our bracelet are made to order. Generally it takes about 3 working days for our crafter to complete the bracelet and 2-3 working days for your bracelet to be delivered thru SMARTPAC.

Do we have to pay for the shipping?

YES, the default shipping for all purchases will be by SMARTPAC at a flat rate of SGD4.00.

How do I track and check the delivery status.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact as via messenger at m.me/FAD2dsgn with your order number in the subject field.

What if the status indicate that it has been delivered but i  haven’t received my package?

  • Contact the local post office to confirm that the item have been delivered to the right address.

  • Contact us via messenger at m.me/FAD2dsgn if the local post office have confirmed that the item is LOST or Missing.

I realised that I have provide a wrong address for the delivery,   can i amend it?

As long as the item is not posted out, Amendment is possible. It will not be possible to amend if the item has already been posted out by our shipping department.
